I came across some superb mixes on a site called FroLab. One of the guys, Rich Medina, spreads his tastes across the board like jam. He really likes to mix things up and the nice thing is that nearly everyone could enjoy these...even those who expose themselves to relatively little musical variety - well, I'm throwing myself out on a limb there! Styles are there for all with hip hop, funk, soul, rare groove, disco, house and more all available in abundance.
Go to Rich Medina's site and head for the mixes section to take advantage of a few of his great sets. 'Babymaker Vol 1' (featuring the classic 'Ribbon In The Sky' performed by Stevie Wonder) and the live sets come highly recommended - particularly Mix 7 which was recorded live at The Do Over last year. Download, get down and shake your tail feather!
